‘GRAND CROSS: AGE OF TITANS’ is a new IP of Netmarble F&C, a subsidiary of Netmarble.

At Netmarble Media Showcase in early June, Netmarble F&C CEO Seo Woo-won explained 'GRAND CROSS’ as a story of various heroes from different worlds encompassing the present, the future, and myths.’

Currently, webtoons and web novels are in production. This coming August, the first content of ‘GRAND CROSS’, a game, is scheduled to be globally released simultaneously.

‘GRAND CROSS’, an MMORTS game that began its early access on June 29, is the first content.

What is ‘GRAND CROSS’?


As mentioned earlier, 'GRAND CROSS' is being developed as a webtoon and web novel. Netmarble F&C is showcasing ‘GRAND CROSS’ webtoons and web novels through its subsidiary, Studio Grigo.

The web novel and webtoon based on 'GRAND CROSS' can be found on KakaoPage. The game is currently scheduled to be released in three titles, and upcoming works have been revealed.

That is, COLLECTIBLE RPG ‘Demis Re:born’, Based on Unreal Engine 5 Metaverse platform ‘GRAND CROSS: Metaworld’,
And the one introduced this time, ‘GRAND CROSS: AGE OF TITANS’.

Rather than everything being tightly bound together as a single IP, ‘GRAND CROSS’ aims for a loosely connected multiverse structure. 

It feels like completely separate stories, but at some point, intersections might be formed. ‘GRAND CROSS: AGE OF TITANS’ is the first game to be released based on the ‘GRAND CROSS’ universe.

In ‘GRAND CROSS: AGE OF TITANS’, the term ‘GRAND CROSS’ refers to a dimensional rift that connects
the real world and another world.

The game portrays the story of Eugene and Mio, ordinary students from the real world, who are transported to another dimension through ‘GRAND CROSS’. 

They embark on a journey to rebuild the crisis-ridden Skyna Kingdom, bringing this narrative to life in the form of an MMORTS game.

who experience a dimensional transition in another world.

MMORTS stands for Massively Multiplayer Online Real-Time Strategy. It is a genre that combines strategy simulation with MMO features, where players can operate their own bases and engage in warfare.

This genre is highly popular overseas, particularly in the mobile gaming market.

That’s why ‘GRAND CROSS: AGE OF TITANS’ supports multiple platforms, including PC and mobile, and supports 13 languages, including English and Korean.

‘GRAND CROSS: AGE OF TITANS’ is characterized by its immersive Animated-Style.
 

Netmarble F&C has validated its understanding and expertise in Animated-Style games through the development of the game ‘The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross.’

They have created an in-game webtoon with adorable SD characters, and various heroes through hundreds of pages and added full voice to increase immersion.
