Advanced Training, Star Level, and Skills.

We are back again!

In a previous review, we mentioned that the fundamental aspect of hero development is ‘level up’. 

However, the maximum level of the newly acquired hero is 10. To upgrade to level 11, we need to upgrade 'Star Level.'

Legendary Heroes' Star Level is somewhat difficult

You need to spend 'Star Level Fragment' to increase the star rating. 

This can be obtained through hero summoning from 'Star Fragment', daily missions, sub-missions, various events, and monster hunting. 

The 'Unique Star Level Fragment' used for unique hero growth is relatively easy to obtain.
However, acquiring 'Legendary Star Level Fragment' for legendary hero growth is challenging. 

Therefore, instead of blindly leveling up and promoting legendary heroes, it's important to selectively focus on training the legendary heroes that are essential for our army.

Furthermore, 'Upgrade Star Level' also increases the level cap, enhances combat power, and expands the number of hero skills.

In Grand Cross: Age of Titans, heroes start with one active skill by default.
However, they acquire an additional three passive skills through 'Upgrade Star Level' and Skill Leveling.

Each skill can be upgraded up to a maximum of 5 levels. Upon leveling up, the hero requires manastone that are suitable for themselves.

For instance, to upgrade the skills of the hero 'Haemosu,' we need 'Haemosu manastone.'
Similarly, to level up 'Claudia's skills, we need 'Claudia Manastone.'

Manastones can be obtained during hero summons when duplicate heroes are acquired. Other manastones are mainly obtainable through events.

In ‘Hero Training guide for beginners (1)’ of the review, it was mentioned that secondary hero skills also apply to the units.

When forming units, having the main hero with a unique grade or higher and a secondary hero with a rare grade can also be a method to enhance the unit’s combat power.
Additionally, when one active skill and three passive skills are all upgraded to level 5, the 'Awakening Skill' becomes unlocked.

Training requires both time and effort

We’ve looked at the elements of hero development in ‘Grand Cross: Age of Titans’ so far.
To master all of this, it takes a significant amount of time and effort.
While you can reduce time and effort through in-app purchases, indiscriminately spending money isn’t a viable option.
Work on improving the shortcomings of our army and strive to develop sufficient strength by effectively utilizing the elements mentioned earlier.
