The anime RPG ‘Tower of God: New World’ now welcomes all the fans around the globe with its Half-Year Anniversary updates upon its serving in July, 2023!

To commemorate this day, the update on the 18th (Thursday) includes various content and events.

Congratulations on the Half-Year Anniversary!

As part of a massive content update, it presents two never-before-seen heroes, a new main story, and two new ignition weapons.

‘[Data] Urek Mzaino’ has arrived!

First, let’s take a look at the content update.

In the Half-Year Anniversary update, two new heroes were added, including one SSR+ hero and one SSR hero.

The SSR+ teammate is ‘[Data] Urek Mazino’, a data version of ‘Urek Mazino’ who appeared in the October update last year.

‘Urek Mazino’ himself attempted to leave his data but encountered difficulties. Frustrated by this, he destroyed the ‘Mirror at the End.’

As a result, a temporary error occurs in all data, giving rise to the Sworn Enemy of ‘Urek Mazino’, ‘[Data] Urek Mazino’.

‘[Data] Urek Mazino’ is an SSR+ teammate. (Yellow element, Tanker, Fisherman)

He deals with an AoE attack and becomes invincible.

Players might find his appearance quite familiar, as he is one of the bosses in the main content, the ‘Underground Laboratory, which players may have already encountered.

The new SSR teammate is ‘Ron Mei’.

She exhibits angelic qualities such as a bright smile and small wings, so she is sometimes called an ‘Angel’ or ‘Dummy’.

Ironically, because of her distinctive looks, she seems to be a person hiding something.
She appears to be keeping a dark secret.

In ‘Tower of God: New World’, ‘[Mad Dog’s Angel] Ron Mei’ is a Supporter. (Red element, Light Bearer)

Her skills include ‘Heavenly Blessing’, ‘Chain Heal’ and ‘One Shot’

And, Act 7-1 of the main story, [Eye of a Needle: An E-Rank Regular], has been added.

[Eye of a Needle: An E-Rank Regular] is the nickname for the 20th floor of the Tower.

It earned this name due to its high test difficulty and expensive exam fees compared to previous floors. It's a place where many residents eventually give up on the tests and settle down.

The 20th floor serves as the starting point of Part 2 of the original webtoon ‘Tower of God’, featuring the introduction of the ‘Wangnan Ja’. 
In Act 7-1, players can enjoy the story of the ‘Wangnan Ja’.

The new ignition weapons have also been added.

Ignition Weapon: ‘Raihanna’ and ‘Doris’

‘Doris’ possesses an enhanced swiftness and a barrier effect.
Another ignition weapon, ‘Raihanna’, is characterized by increased ATK, and status effect immunity.

[Half-Year Anniversary Daily Festival]

The next one is the ‘Half-Year Anniversary Daily Festival’.

This event runs for 13 days and involves clearing daily missions.

Players can obtain ‘Ron Mei Hot Deal Summon Ticket’, ‘Rare Shinsu Sea Whetstone’, and Half-Year Anniversary SSR+ Teammate Selection Chest that allows players to acquire an SSR+ hero of players' choice.

Give your favorite character a vote!!!

‘Half-Year Anniversary Ultimate Popularity Contest’ is an event where players can vote for player’s favorite character.

Voting tickets used in the event can be obtained through mission completions.

When the voting period concludes, the character that secures the top spot in popularity will receive a new costume.

The costume concept will be determined through a separate vote, and the costume created in this way will be distributed to all players.

Lastly, ‘Half-Year Anniversary Check-In' is an event that players can participate in simply by logging into the game for a total of 14 days.

Players can obtain rewards such as 'Ron Mei Hot Deal Summon Tickets’, ‘Suspendium’, ‘Black Market Tickets’, and more.
