Netmarble's action game Solo Leveling:ARISE has now reached the 100-day milestone since its grand launch. 

The protagonist, Sung Jinwoo, who started as the weakest E-rank Hunter, has leveled up to become an S-rank Hunter and is now preparing for a major assault on the Demons' Castle.

This update introduces the Guild System, new Hunters, and various 100-day anniversary events.

Solo Leveling:ARISE New Update

Guild Name Pre-Claiming event ran from August 1 through August 20, and players can now create their guilds within the game. 

Additionally, Sung Jinwoo has a new Job Change, and original characters Han Se-Mi and Go Gunhee from the series have been added as SSR Hunters. 

Numerous other contents have been introduced to celebrate the 100-day anniversary, including special Login Rewards, Daily Missions, and Mini Games. 

Let’s take a closer look at the key points of the 8/22 update.

Hunters, Gather into Guilds!

In the original Solo Leveling series and the game Solo Leveling:ARISE, Hunters form parties to conquer gates. 

Among these, high-rank gates are often targeted due to their ‘High Risk - High Reward’ nature.

For safety reasons, only the guilds meeting certain requirements are granted entry permits  to challenge these high-rank gates. Sung Jinwoo also creates a guild to adhere to this system.

Guild Lobby

Guilds play a significant role in the original story, and players of Solo Leveling:ARISE can now experience it themselves in the game.

Players can get their hands on the guild content once they reach Sung Jinwoo level 20, and they can create or manage a guild at level 40.

The guild menu can be found at the top right of the main screen, where ‘Guild Icon’ resembling an emblem is located at the top. 

Alternatively, a new NPC with long, pink pigtails standing next to the information desk in the main lobby also provides access to the guild menu.

When creating a guild, players can choose the guild name, guild flag, and various settings such as required level for joining, joining method, and Public Status.

Players can change most settings except for the guild name at any time, so there’s no need to spend so much time deciding on those factors when creating a guild.

After creating or joining a guild, players will have access to the Guild Lobby, which includes features like ‘Guild Boss’ ‘Guild Mission’ and ‘Mini Game’. 

The Guild Boss is a content in which guild members form three parties to fight the powerful boss, ‘Fachtna, the King of the Desert’ and earn points. 

Guild Missions are divided into daily and weekly tasks, and Guild Level EXP and Guild Coins will be given as rewards for clearing Guild Missions. These can be exchanged for various items at the Guild Shop.

New SSR Hunters: Han Se-Mi and Go Gunhee

In celebration of the 100-day anniversary, two new SSR Hunters have been added. 

Han Se-Mi, the healer from the Hunters’ B-Team who received help from Sung Jinwoo during the Almighty Shaman, Kargalgan raid episode, is now available as an SSR-ranked Hunter in the game.

Also, Go Gunhee, the Chairman of the Korean Hunters Association and an S-rank Hunter known for his overwhelming charisma in the original series, is now an SSR-ranked Hunter in the game.

Often called the ‘Heaven Beyond the Sky’, Gu Gunhee is respected by all Hunters. 

Go Gunhee will  join the battlefield of Solo Leveling:ARISE on August 28th, and can be obtained for free through the 100-day anniversary check-in event until September 25th.

Let’s have a brief overview of the two SSR Hunters’ stats.

Han Se-Mi is a Wind Element SSR Hunter who uses nature-infused magical zones to protect and heal her team. 

Her skills deal damage based on her maximum HP, lift enemies into the air with an airborne effect, deploy protective shields, and restore HP and MP for allies. 

Since her healing and shield strength scale with her maximum HP, this is her core stat.

Go Gunhee, the chairman of the Korean Hunters Association

Go Gunhee is a Light Element tank. 

His skills’ damage scales with his defense and includes break, airborne, and knockdown effects, making defense his key stat. 

His support skill, Instant Destruction, boots Sung Jinwoo’s defense, grants him a protective shield, and increases Light damage.

New Sung Jinwoo Job Change [Monarch of Shadows: Soul Shepherd]

Next is Sung Jinwoo’s new Job Change.

Following ‘Monarch of Shadows: Rebel Leader’, the fifth Job Change is [Monarch of Shadows: Soul Shepherd]. 

To unlock this class, playersneed to clear story chapter 15 [Soul Shepherd] on Hard, reach 90,000 total power with Sung Jinwoo, clear battlefield of trials floor 35 in player mode.
Upon a successful job change, players can obtain the Basic Skills [Sonic Stream], the New Rune [Double Down], and the New Job Change Costume [Sung Jinwoo: God of Death]

New Weapons for Suns Jinwoo

Three new weapons for Sung Jinwoo and four new Hunter skins are now available. 

The new weapons are SSR Dark Element [Zeke’s Fragment], Fire Element [Juicy Grilled Skewer], and Light Element [Truth: Demon Knight’s Spear]. 

Additionally, Han Se-Mi’s new skin [Summer Night Stroll] and the swimsuit skins for Han Se-Mi [Love at First Sea], Emma Laurent  [Sizzling Summer], and Alicia Blanche [Lazy Break] have been added.

100-Day Anniversary Events

The 100-day check-in event will run until 9:00 AM (KST) on September 25th. 

Players can earn up to 50 Custom Draw Tickets and the SSR Hunter Go Gunhee.
