The Workshop of Brilliant Light is the highest-tier farming dungeon in Solo Leveling:ARISE. 

In this dungeon, hunters can battle bosses and monsters up to the 50th floor of the Demons’ Castle to obtain high-level artifacts. 

As of the October 10th update, Baran, the Demon King who rules the entire Demons’ Castle, has been added to the Workshop of Brilliant Light.

To face Baran, the Demon King in the Workshop of Brilliant Light, players must first conquer the Demons’ Castle Upper Floors.

Since this area is significantly more challenging than the lower floors, new and never-before-seen rewards are prepared to commemorate players who have conquered this dungeon.

What rewards await us?

To enter the Demons’ Castle Upper Floors within the Workshop of Brilliant Light, players must meet specific requirements such as reaching Battle Class 22 and clearing the Lower Floors of the Demons’ Castle on Easy difficulty. 

Two different difficulties are currently available for the Upper Floors: Easy and Normal.

Clearing the Easy difficulty unlocks access to the Normal difficulty. When challenging each difficulty for the first time, the Workshop of Brilliant Light Invitation is not consumed.

The Workshop of Brilliant Light proceeds in a weekly cycle and resets every Thursday at 00:00 (UTC+0).

In the sub stages, players can clear the stages more easily with the Blessing of Brilliant Light Effect similar to the Demons’ Castle Lower Floors.

The newly added 'Core' is the main reward from this update.

These can be equipped by Sung Jinwoo and other hunters to gain additional stats and special effects. Each hunter can equip 3 types of Cores: Mind/Body/Spirit

2 types of bonus stats are provided for each Core type. 

The first option is granted with Attack/Defense/HP(Additional Stats or %) based on the Core parts and the other option is granted randomly.

Players can level up Cores up to Lv. 10 by using other Cores as material.

After reaching the maximum level, players can randomly enhance options by using Solidified Stones that match the rarity of the Core. (Solidified Stones can also be obtained in the Workshop of Brilliant Light)

The Demons' Castle Lower Floors underwent an improvement, including adjustments to difficulty. 

The Demons' Castle Entrance, which previously required level 80 and 600,000 combat power, has lowered its barrier to level 75 and 500,000 combat power. 

Additionally, the difficulty for Demons' Castle 50F adjusted from level 90 and 700,000 combat power to level 80 and 600,000 combat power. 

Furthermore, Monsters’ Attack and HP decreased for all the difficulties of Demons’ Castle Lower Floors sub stages.

'Burning' Artifacts can be obtained from Instance Dungeon and Encore Missions

The “Burning Curse/Greed/Blessing” Artifacts will be rewarded for clearing the Instance Dungeon and Encore Missions.

SSR Fire Mage 'Gina'

Gina is a mage who fights freely by buffing her allies and using powerful gravity magic that stops enemies in tracks.

The main skills unleash a large amount of magical power, and the damage dealt is based on the Attack Power stat. The exclusive weapon is called The Glamour of Self-worth.

Basic Costume - White Flower Costume

Players can enjoy Gina's original story through the Hunter Archive New Stories & Secret Library.

Ivory Flower Costume features a pure-white outfit that contrasts with the black Basic Costume appearance.

Demon King's Daggers

Sung Jinwoo’s new weapon and costume are added as well.  

Demon King’s Daggers, which Sung Jinwoo obtains after defeating Baran, the Demon King in the original story, was introduced as an SSR wind attribute weapon in the game.

The new skin, Joyful Flow, which gives a sporty vibe, can be acquired through the Deluxe Hunter Pass. 

Additionally, Weapons for four SR hunters -  Kim Chul, Anna Ruiz, Hwang Dongsuk, and Yoo Jinho - along with SSR hunter Cha Hae-In's Secret Library, and more were added through the update.
