Cha Hae-In, the Pure Sword Princess, Joins the Solo Leveling:ARISE

A year ago, Cha Hae-In made her debut as the first Rate Up Hunter in Solo Leveling: ARISE.
Now, she returns in a brand-new form—Cha Hae-In, the Pure Sword Princess, a water-type fighter from another world.

Cha Hae-In, the Pure Sword Princess, comes from a different background than the original version. In this other world, she’s not only Korea’s fifth S-Rank Hunter but also the master of the Valkyrie Guild.

Her outfit also sets her apart—while the original Cha Hae-In had the appearance of a traditional swordswoman, the Pure Sword Princess resembles a goddess from myth.

This character’s skill damage scales with Defense. Besides, she commands multiple floating blades called ‘Heavenly Swords.’ Using Heavenly Strike (Basic Skill) or Sword Princess’s Dance (Core Attack) charges Will of the Sword’s gauge.  As the gauge builds, the number of Heavenly Swords delivering additional strikes increases accordingly.

Managing the Will of the Sword’s gauge to maintain as many extra strikes as possible is key to maximizing effectiveness.

Here's the main story update.

Sung Jinwoo, Korea’s top S-Rank Hunter and master of the Ahjin Guild, joins forces with the Knights Guild to take on the gates. Everything seems to be going according to plan—until Jinwoo suddenly senses something’s wrong with his younger sister, Jinah. Leaving the mission in the hands of his shadow Beru, he rides on Kaisel and heads toward Jinah’s school.

What lies ahead for Jinah and the Knights Guild?

A Dungeon Break occurs at Jinah’s school, unleashing a horde of orcs onto the campus. Jinah is captured by the orcs, placing her in danger.

Meanwhile, around the same time, the Knights Guild—working alongside Beru in place of Jinwoo—encounters a powerful Arch Lich. Will both Jinah and the Knights Guild make it out safely?

Sung Jinwoo’s maximum level was expanded to 100

Sung Jinwoo continues to grow stronger! New Sung Jinwoo Job Change, ‘The Monarch of Shadows Dawn Sentinel,’ has been added. Upon successful advancement, players will receive rewards including the Rare-grade New Blessing Stone, Irresistible Force, and more. Additionally, the max level cap increased to 110.

The Monarch of Transfiguration, Yogumunt

New content includes the addition of The Distorted Sanctuary, a new dungeon in the Workshop of Brilliant Light featuring Yogumunt as the boss, the new Remnant Power Yogumunt, and a new Instance Dungeon boss, the Ant King.

Additionally, balance updates and gameplay improvements were made, including enhanced Break damage for Hunters such as Lim Tae-Gyu and Baek Yoonho, as well as the introduction of a new Artifact crafting system.

Claim everything from Blessing Stones to Hunters!

To celebrate the 1st anniversary of Solo Leveling:ARISE, a special original story themed around [Hunter’s Day] was released. Players can experience this new story and get various rewards through logins, missions, mini-games, and more.

Just logging in is all it takes to join the 1st Anniversary Check-In Log Event. While the limited Lv.75 Artifact Set and weapons are already tempting, the rewards on Days 7, 14, and 21 are truly exceptional. On Day 7, you’ll receive a Transcendent Blessing Stone Selection Chest, on Day 14, an SSR Hunter Selection Ticket, and on Day 21, an SSR Hunter Weapon Selection Ticket.

A Year of Adventure

‘A Year of Adventure’ is a special dice game event commemorating the first anniversary of the game’s launch. By logging in and playing the game, players can get tickets to roll the dice and collect in-game currency, materials, and various items. Additional rewards are granted based on the number of tiles you land on, and if you make it all the way to the end, you'll receive an SSR Sung Jinwoo Weapon Selection Ticket as the ultimate prize.

The Hunter Challenge is a combat-focused event where players spar against various Hunters, just as the name suggests. Rewards are given based on accumulated points, with the final prize, Fores’s Wish, a newly added SSR wind attribute bow. The 1st Anniversary Mission Challenge allows players to get points through regular gameplay activities such as mining, clearing gates, completing Encore Missions and instance dungeons. 

Rewards include Gold and Custom Draw Tickets, so don’t miss out!

That’s not all—special events will also run from May 22 to 26, offering even more ways to celebrate. One of the highlights is the new Sung Jinwoo costume, ‘Eleventh Hour Blade,’ inspired by traditional Korean attire. This elegant look was designed based on the winning entry from the Pixiv Fan Art Contest, making it a must-have for collectors and fans alike.
