LOS ANGELES – May 17, 2022 - Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, today announced that MARBLEX, a blockchain subsidiary of Netmarble Corp., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mesher, a studio that specializes in producing the DeFi platform and consists of team members who launched the DeFi service ‘Donkey’ at Chain Partners.

The strategic partnership with Mesher will enable Netmarble to respond to the rapidly changing DeFi market and bolster its blockchain ecosystem as a whole for its proprietary blockchain currency, MBX. Incorporating Mesher’s capabilities will strengthen the MBX ecosystem in terms of blockchain tokenomics, including advanced DEX services powered by Automated Market Maker (AMM) groundwork.

On the partnership, Mesher commented “It is a privilege to be a first partner with MARBLEX with a DeFi as Service (Daas) solution. Mesher will actively join hands to build a successful P2E ecosystem for MBX with Mesher’s professions in DeFi.”

The proprietary blockchain ecosystem will be applied to Netmarble’s various games such as ‘Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds’, ‘Monster Arena’, and ‘Everybody's Marble: Meta World’.
