LOCATION – AUGUST 11, 2023 - MARBLEX, a blockchain subsidiary of leading mobile game developer and publisher Netmarble, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bisonai, a global Web3 company that offers a range of blockchain development services, including smart contract development, decentralized application (dApp) development, and custom blockchain development.

Bisonai originated from Krust Universe’s incubation program in 2022 that develops and operates various Web3-related services. The company focuses on Web3 infrastructure-related businesses through services based on its own technology, such as Blockchain Oracles, Block Explorers, cross-chain messaging protocols, and bridges.

Since 2022, Bisonai has been contributing to the development of the MBX ecosystem based on its Web3 infrastructure technology, including the development and operation of the 'MBX Marketplace’ for NFT trading in the MBX ecosystem and the 'MBX Explorer' for transaction confirmation on MBX. Through this strategic partnership, Bisonai will provide technical consulting and solutions for the potential infrastructure required for the ecosystem.

MARBLEX is the first Korean blockchain game project to pass strict screenings by the Financial Supervisory Agency of Japan (FSA), and will be listed on ZAIF, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges in Japan. The company has revealed a revamped tokenomics strategy for its ecosystem in which it has burnt up to 67% of the unplanned distribution supply from the total token supply of 1 billion MBX.
