JULY 31, 2024 - Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has released a new game update for Solo Leveling: ARISE. A variety of new content including a brand-new SSR Hunter and various Summer Vacation events offering valuable rewards are now available.

The newly added playable Hunter, Amamiya Mirei, is a wind-type SSR assassin who unleashes the powers of the Soul Oni Kuroha’s mysterious sword technique. Her ultimate skill ‘Kuroha’s Sword Technique Lethal Move: Moonless Night Overture’ can turn the tide of combat with the soul’s power. Mirei can also strike a powerful blow with her support skill ‘Kuroha’s Sword Technique Type 6: Storm Raven.’ Her exclusive weapon, Bunny Bunbun, recovers Power Gauge when entering the stage and increases the Critical Hit Rate and Damage of Mirei’s skills. 

Other content updates include the brand-new Instance Dungeons (Almighty Shaman Kargalgan, Cursed Giant Eiberg) and Encore Missions (Scorching Lava Stone Guardian, Pursuing Death Stalker) where players can farm new Artifacts over Lv. 65. A new weapon for Sung Jinwoo, the Secured Marlin Board, has been introduced, along with the new Shadow Cerbie. Costumes for Sung Jinwoo, Amamiya Mirei and more Hunters are now available as well. 

The latest update also brings the Artifact System improvements, allowing players to salvage Artifacts that have not been enhanced nor used as well as receive Artifact Enhancement Chips. The max level for Sung Jinwoo has been expanded to Lv. 85, while players can choose Hard Difficulty for the Workshop of Brilliant Light. Original story of Amamiya Mirei is now available, as well as new chapters for the Main Story. 

Solo Leveling: ARISE is rolling out multiple events to commemorate the new update. Starting today, players can take part in the Summer Vacation Events through August 21, that provides a chance to earn the Secured Marlin Board and ‘Shark Water Gun’ Selection Chest by playing the event stories. Players can also enjoy the event challenge mission ‘Summer Crush!’ as well mini-games ‘Juice Blast! Watermelon Time’ and ‘A Part-time Job at the Beach!’ to receive multiple rewards. The Summer Check-in Event is available during the same period as well, offering an opportunity to obtain a new swimsuit costume for Cha Hae-in ‘Scorching Sun’ and additional rewards. 

Additionally, Solo Leveling: ARISE players can reserve guild names, gearing up for the upcoming Guild system. More information can be found on the official forum.

Solo Leveling: ARISE is an action game adaptation of Solo Leveling, based on the hit Webtoon. Taking on the role of Jinwoo, players can experience his level-ups and progress through the beloved webtoon tale firsthand, taking on dynamic battles and creating their own combat styles, relying on various combinations of skills and weapons. Not only can players team up with hunters from the Webtoon, they can summon their own “Army of Shadows” just like Jinwoo did when he first uttered the famous line “Arise!” in the Webtoon.
