Players Can Receive Up to 110 Summon Chances in Celebration of Walthen Update

MARCH 25, 2026 - Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, announced a major update for its brutal dark fantasy MMORPG RAVEN2. Players can experience the new “Walthen Empire” region along with a series of in-game events. 

Once a dominant power of the western continent, the Walthen Empire has fallen into ruin through twisted faith. A new chapter of battle begins for the Special Corps at the heart of the decaying empire. The Walthen Empire is composed of four areas - Rinevita, Sigrund, Erenpard, and Ratzbet - featuring a total of 14 Hunting Grounds. Players who have cleared the previous region, Lungard, can immediately engage with the new content upon entry. 

A new field boss “Vargas the Burning Hatred” has been introduced as part of the update. Players who defeat the new boss can obtain various rewards, including the exclusive Heavenstone “Giant Smash.” 

To celebrate the update, multiple in-game events will run until April 22. The [Walthen] Imperial Gift 14-Day Check-In Event allows players to obtain up to 110 Summon Scrolls, while the [Walthen] Empire Summon Mission Event offers generous rewards such as a Radiant Rare Heavenstone Chest for clearing given missions. Other Walthen-themed events are currently underway, granting “Remnant of Light.” This can be exchanged for rewards including Heroic Heavenstone Abrasive, Radiant Rare Heavenstone Chest, Heroic Crafting Blueprint, and more. In addition, this update introduces a new growth feature called “Weapon Resonance.” 

RAVEN2 introduced its limited-time boost server “BURNING” In a recent February update that is designed to accelerate character progression. Players can obtain powerful growth rewards while leveling, including Heroic Holy Garment, Familiar, and Equipment, along with special BURNING level reward chests. Upon reaching Level 60, players are granted a Legendary Holy Garment, enhanced EXP, Gold, and stat bonuses to further support fast-paced advancement before players transfer to existing servers after the boost period.

An official sequel to Raven (EvilBane: The Iron King), RAVEN2 is a blockbuster MMORPG set in a dark fantasy realm reimagined with unrivaled graphics. As a member of the Special Corps, players will onboard on a journey to investigate dangerous and bizarre incidents under royal order, and engage in a large-scale, cruel war.
